*Why is the 04 series (corner unit) the best option compared to other options?*
Friends, I've spent many days researching which type of unit has the best view. I dug into Google Maps, looked at views from neighboring buildings to understand what to expect.
The problem is that most other types of Aeternitas apartments face other buildings. The brochures mention views of the Marina and Palm, but in reality, they are blocked by nearby buildings.
The Marina will be visible from 01 series only from about the 75th floor due to the spire , which is located on the roof of Mag 218 , 08 series is blocked on two sides , and 05 series is blocked on one side and a partial view of the Palm will be revealed only from the 55th floor. Only the 04 series has two unblocked views. And only the 04 series actually has a maid room. The rest of the units have only storage , if you look at the floor plan .
Type 04 (corner unit) is ideal in this regard, and this is not just my subjective opinion. They were sold out faster than any other units, and now they are unavailable up to the 64th floor (unlike the rest) and the remaining units don't have maid room and balconies and cost 3,800,000-3,915,000 Aed.
