Very poor experience with fäm Properties, especially brokers Mostafa Mokhtar Mohamed Ali and Ahmad Mohammad Al Najadat. There were handover delays, breach of contract terms, and even written errors in the contract. Communication was unprofessional, careless, and showed clear lack of respect and accountability toward the buyer. Dealing with these two brokers became extremely difficult, with repeated unfulfilled promises and no commitment to timelines. Their attitude was dismissive and unresponsive. I do not recommend dealing with these two brokers at all. A formal complaint has been raised with fäm Properties
