I recently worked on a property purchase deal with agent Farzona and Karen from fam properties. It was a pleasant experience from the start which was mostly with Farzona to locate the right kind of property and various viewings. Then it was negotiation with seller which was also conducted quite professionally by her. The team of Farzona and Karen completed all deal closure aspects within committed timelines and I also had the opportunity to meet with their team leader Dean.
