I had a disappointing experience while renting an apartment through FAM Properties, specifically with Mr. Muhammad Maaz Arshad. Due to a lack of proper follow-up and communication, I was made to wait for more than 15 days without clear updates. Rental processes are time-sensitive, and such delays cause unnecessary inconvenience and stress. I expected better coordination and professionalism.
