Very poor service. The agent, Muhammad Rafiq, is extremely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. My friend is moving to Dubai next month and asked me to help with a property viewing. His attitude was terrible. He lied about the villa number, which, according to security, was not available for viewing. After I passed the gate, he redirected me to another villa without explanation. When I asked for clarification, he became resentful and very disrespectful, eventually canceling the viewing.
