Unfortunately, my experience with Fäm Property was truly heartbreaking. I found what I believed was my dream 3-bedroom home on a popular property website in Dubai and it was listed by Fäm Property. After the viewing, I was excited and ready to move forward. We agreed on a conditional contract because of the tenant, I deposited the cheque, and I signed the papers. That should have been the moment where the excitement started… but instead, it’s when everything fell apart. From the very beginning, I felt completely unsupported. It genuinely felt like the agent wasn’t on my side at all — as if his only concern was the seller conditions and his commission. I kept hoping for updates, for clarity, for reassurance… but I received almost nothing. Just vague promises and no real information. On transfer day, he showed up an hour late with the seller’s representative. No call. No message. No explanation. And then yet another issue appeared with the seller’s documents. Therefore transfer hasn’t been completed! I still wasn’t told anything about the tenant, the handover, the keys, or even the true status of the property. I felt left completely in the dark. My happiness is just overshadowed by stress, confusion, and disappointment. This experience genuinely ruined the joy that I had been looking forward to. I’ve since escalated the situation to the company’s main office, and now I’m just hoping they take action and make things right.
